staff were attentive and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized service we received during our stay, especially during breakfast. However, we did experience some noise from the corridors at night which affected our sleep.

The staff went all out for my son's birthday, decorating our room beautifully and surprising us with a delicious cake. The river view was calming and made for a lovely stay.

Breakfast service was disappointing. waitstaff seemed inattentive and we struggled to get our orders taken. It took far too long for the food to arrive.

The room was super spacious, and I loved the beautiful river view. The bed configuration was perfect for my family, really comfy and accommodating. The bathroom was huge too, with both a bathtub and a standing shower—so nice! Overall, the ambiance felt cozy and clean. Not to mention the hotel was really well maintained. Good vibes all around!

The river cleaning noises at night were disturbing enough to disrupt sleep!!! The gym’s cramped space and low water supply need serious attention. guests should want to actually work out and not play hopscotch around each other!!!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the perfect base to explore nearby landmarks like the Baba and Nyonya House and the beautiful Windmill Dutch Square, all just a short walk away. the best part was relaxing at the rooftop pool while soaking in breathtaking views of the river and the city, truly a delightful way to unwind after our city adventures.

The fish and chips at River Cafe? Pure magic! Crunchy batter, tender fish, a taste explosion! Plus, I couldn’t get enough of the breakfast variety and that gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the Melaka river. perfect for chilling after a hearty meal.

Not much except the midnight river cleaning sounds made it tricky to catch z's, but honestly, I’d trade that for the egg roti canai made to order any day!

We just loved chilling by the stunning rooftop pool and enjoying the amazing iced sorbet served on our arrival! The infinity pool had the best view over the river and the old town, perfect for relaxation. The attentiveness of the staff was impressive, and the breakfast buffet offered a delectable variety, including freshly made local dishes. The 20m rooftop infinity pool provided a stunning view that made my evenings memorable. However, it would be great if outdoor dining could be more comfortable and screened from mosquitoes.
